24 Christmas tips countdown: Christmas ham pie

As promised...
Tip #9: Another recipe! I do actually like to bake when I succeed...
Eating Christmas food is fun, but eating leftover Christmas food for a week straight gets pretty old. But last night I thought I'd do something with all the leftover ham we had in the fridge, and what better to do with leftovers in general: bake a pie!

1. Press the dough in a buttered pie tin. Pre-bake in oven for 10 min at 200 degrees.
2. Add sliced ham, peppers and leek.
3. Mix the eggs, creme fraische, and milk thoroughly. Add grated cheese, salt and black pepper to the mixture and pour over the pie crust and filling.
4. Bake in oven for an additional 30 minutes. ENJOY!
